I'm a strategist who builds things. An engineer with business acumen and a touch of design. I've spent my career working hands-on and leading teams across medical devices, automotive, and industrial hardware. That breadth means I see the whole field and understand where teams actually struggle. I care deeply about how the work gets done, not just what gets shipped.
