I'm a strategist who builds things. An engineer with business acumen and a touch of design. I've spent my career working hands-on and leading teams across medical devices, defence platforms, and industrial hardware. That breadth means I see the whole field and understand where teams actually struggle. I care deeply about how the work gets done, not just what gets shipped.

I'm a solid and trusted companion for the ride, with the credentials, scars and mileage to show for it. I work fractionally: interim CTO, program leadership, technical due diligence, or strategic partnerships. I've been there, and I know the first step can be as simple as a short conversation.
